By accessing or using RatingTap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RatingTap provides QR code-based review routing services that help businesses collect customer feedback and direct satisfied customers to leave public reviews on platforms like Google.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. RatingTap cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Generate fake reviews or manipulate customer feedback
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. There are no refunds for partial months of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RatingTap. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RatingTap, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
